I am a freelance recipe writer, food stylist and editor, based in London. I trained as a chef in my early 20s before working as a freelancer, followed by a three year stint as a Food Editor at one of the UK's leading food brands, BBC Good Food. In 2020, I won the PPA 30 Under 30 Award for recipe writing. 

My clients have included Guardian Feast, OCADO, Sainsbury’s magazine, Delicious Magazine, Co-op magazine, BBC Good Food, Waitrose Food Magazine, BOSH, Harper Collins, Hardie Grant, Yellow Kite, Pavillion, The Telegraph, The Sunday Times and many more.  I am available for editorial writing, cook book ghostwriting, commercial writing and any type of food styling or video work.

I run a successful newsletter based around good, simple home cooking called 'The Good Home Cook'. 


My book The Modern Spice Rack - a collection of recipes to make the most of your spices was published by Hardie Grant in April 2023.
